Biography
With over 20 years of experience in the field of personal development, Carlton Reed is a seasoned leadership coach, conference speaker, and destiny architect. An exhorter and award-winning trainer, he has a passion for seeing people optimize their God-given potential and greatness.

From the inspiration of the Father’s heart, identity and sonship in Christ, Carlton challenges limiting beliefs, and inspires believers to live the epic lives Jesus died for them to live. 

His list of clients served include Regent University, Verizon, the United States Marine Corps, and Accenture.  Carlton has served in various facets of ministry including pastoring and men’s ministry leader.

He is the founder and president of Epic Life Coaching and Consulting and Great Expectation Seminars. Carlton is author of the book Weapons of Mass Production: 21 Day’s to Uncommon Productivity with God. Carlton lives in Fredericksburg, Virginia with his wife, Joyce, and they have two sons, Christian and Paul.
