  • ​Days are the picture of the flow of whole life and where or how it may be hindered.
Few people understand the flow of a day; even fewer are aware of how health issues at a specific time of day can give information about the contributors to those health challenges.

Lesson 1: Introduction: The Flow of Your Day
In this lession, you will learn how to identify Biblical Flow for a day, create that flow, and enjoy the fruit of flow. The goal is not to do everything and make it hard. The goal is to learn how to flow in health.

Lesson 2: Overwhelm: The Evening Hours
In this session, we will unveil what happens in the evening/nighttime hours from 7:00 p.m. through 11:00 p.m. Challenges during this time impede all the God-intended benefits of rest and cleansing that occur at night (our rest hours). Learning how to enter into rest can change everything.
Lesson 3: Cleansing: The Nighttime Hours
Without good sleep and rest, the body has a limited capacity to heal. In this session, we unravel
the power of sleep from 11:00 p.m. through 5:00 a.m. This time is crucial for the body to
cleanse and the brain to clear short-term memory – this resets it for the next day
Lesson 4:  Embracing Your Day: Morning Hours
This session reveals the power of 5:00 a.m. through 1:00 p.m. How your body assimilates food,
balances hormones, and influences the heart is significant during this time. Sluggish mornings
indicate that there may be more to address.
Lesson 5: Recap and Troubleshooting: Afternoon Hours, Part 1 
This session uncovers what happens from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Often, this is the time of day
when people feel tired, exhausted, and irritable, which compromises the flow of the day and
hampers rest in the evening. 
Lesson 6: Recap and Troubleshooting: Afternoon Hours, Part 2
In session 6, Cheryl continues to uncover what happens from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Often, this
is the time of day when people feel tired, exhausted, and irritable, which compromises the flow
of the day and hampers rest in the evening. 
Lesson 7:  Create a Game Plan
Discover how to use the information and tools to create an EASY game plan for your day. Also,
learn how to interpret the compromised times in your day. Then, you can choose the tools that
look the most useful to you as you create a healthier you. Your day can have the flow God
originally intended!
